  • yogamoves 61 Steinberggasse Winterthur, ZH, 8400 Switzerland (map)

Special Class with Nico Luce

Native american mythological stories teach us that we all belong to the land and whatever we do the web of life we do it to ourselves. The ritual of the buffalo dance was once a tribute to mother nature and it’s meaning is one of profound spiritual value. In this Vinyasa style master class, let yourself be moved by a great story and flow to the beat of your own drum through a wide range of hip openers, spinal twists and arm balances as a thank you to nature for the gift of life. All levels welcome! The class will be taught in English.
